Hi,

When I plotted my two datasets and then choose "offset between layers", the error bars don't line up with the columns. In the Plot Setup dialogue the errors are linked to the the correct columns, as far as I can see.

Any suggestions about lining these up properly?

I am afraid that it is a bug in Origin. This will be fixed in our next version 9.0.

Before we get it fixed, There are two workaround for you to solve the problem. Please look at the answer of last Q in this page
