Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to obtain the Factor Loadings in numbers instead of only in graphical presentation as seen when we do PCA using ORIGIN software.
For Scores we do obtain separate columns containing scores of the principal components for all the values in X-axis.
On the other hand, for Loadings we obtain values based on each sample and not based on X-axis.

For example if you have 1000 points for each sample in a group of 10 samples then Scores of PCs also has 1000 points while Loadings only have 10 points.

Thanks,
Renuka

Hi,

There should be a result sheet named as "PCA Plot Data1" or similar, and in which there locates the data Origin uses to draw the Loading plot.

The relevant data will be marked "Loading Plot" in the column comment and "Principle Component1" or "Principle Component2" in long name.

Hope this information helps!

Kathy
