Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 8.6
Operating System: Windows 7

Hello,

I am currently trying to export a layout page as an image (png).
This page contains many graphs with different line style (solid, dash and dot) and a line width = 2.
Using these parameters, it is not possible to distinguish the different line styles (all lines look solid).
When exporting as a vector graphic (eps), lines are ok.

Did anyone experience this problem or can suggest a solution?

Thanks

Hi,

I have replied you email. Please check it.

It is the problem of displaying the Dash Lines (Dot lines) graph in the Page View mode.

You can try to use these methods:
1. When the Layout Window is active, select ¡°View: Print View¡± in the menu. Then try to export again.

2. If you want to keep the Layout Window showing in the Page View mode, you can select ¡°Tools: Options¡± and then go to the ¡°Graph¡± tab. In the group labeled ¡°Origin Dash Lines¡±, check the box marked ¡°Use Origin Dashes in Page View¡±. Then click ¡°OK¡±.
At this point either set to Page View or Print View mode, the Dot Lines will show in the exported image.

Thanks.
