Hi, i want to make a deriv with a script, but the curve.sgderiv() command will reply this error: "s==NULL in xcallback"
Who can help?
I used the examplescript from the LabTalk Help in the unit curve but it doesn´t work.
Thanks for help

Hi,

I tried the curve.sgderiv() script in the Origin 5.0 and in the Origin 6.0 LabTalk Manual and they both worked fine for me. The script in the Origin 6.0 manual makes no assumptions (other than a properly installed Origin) but the script in the Origin 5.0 manual assumes that the active window is a worksheet window, column 1 contains the Y data you are differentiating, and the results are put in column D which should pre-exist.

If you are unable to get the script working I recommend you contact your technical support provider. Along with a description of the problem you should include in your email to them your serial number, the version of Origin you are using, and attach a sample project containing your worksheet data.

I am sure this can be resolved as it works well for me.
