I generated a contourplot from a 100x100 matrix, constructed from non-regular (random) data. I check the box for minor-gridlines and press apply/ok. The graph is redrawn and the minor-gridlines show up exactly as wanted, but the rest of the contourplot gets drawn on top of the gridlines, making them invisible! Is there a way to get the gridlines on top of the contourplot?

Hi Eric:

To overlay gridlines on your contour plot, activate the plot and select Format: Layer from the menu. On the Display tab, under Data Drawing Options, check the Grid on Top of Data check box.

Then you can set your gridline display options in the X/Y Axis dialog box.
