i am trying to label the data points with text labels in a scatter plot. i have already specified a column as label column, but i dont see any option to display them on top of each data point individually
any help is appreciated.

To create a basic scatter plot with a label on each data point:

1) Put X values in col 1.
2) Y values in col 2.
3) Set the column immediately to the right of your Y column as "Label."
4) Highlight the Y and Label columns.
5) Choose Plot: Scatter.
==> Use the Plot Details dialog to modify the appearance and position of your labels.
