OriginPro 9.0.0 (Student Version), Win7 64-bit, running in VMware Fusion 5.0.2

Can a graph layer have it's size and position "locked" on the page so a user cannot accidentally reposition it or change its size by a series of mouse mis-clicks? And can it be "unlocked" for future editing?

My reason is that I may be distributing graphs or templates to less savvy computer users who might screw them up accidentally.
