Hi,
I would need to make a scatter plot where each data point has a different color. In the Plot Detail menu I selected Increment and I have obtained the plot below. However, I would need to customize the color sequence, how should I do?
Thank you! |

Posted - 12/11/2012 : 11:27:36 AM Hi Carcassonne,
you can make a worksheet column to "index" the color of the data point. You can specify indexing from the Plot Details dialog like below:
See the list of colors and their numbers at: http://wiki.originlab.com/~originla/ltwiki/index.php?title=LabTalk:List_of_Colors
Also, if you like, you can control the color by level mapping like for the contour plot by choosing "Color Mapping" instead of "indexing" in the Plot Details dialog.
Does it work for your purpose?
