Hi neskopolydis,

As far as I tried Origin ver.9 and ver.8.0, I could make a waterfall plot from 4-column worksheet with (X1 Y1) and (X2 Y2) designation arrangement with different number of data points between the first and the second XY pairs (by highlighting all four columns, then choosing "Plot: Multi-Curve: Waterfall" menu).

Maybe you can tell me how you performed step by step, and what happened then (with error messages?) (as well as the version of your Origin).
