I'm having a problem with some custom-made toolbars disappearing when I close out of Origin and reopen the program. I am having to re-install them every time I open Origin which is really annoying. This just started happening on my machine a few days ago, it didn't used to do this. Any suggestions?

I'm running Origin 7.5 on Windows XP.

Hello,

Do you mean you had a custom made button group and exported it as opk file. Then drag and dropped it in Origin to install it. The toolbar shows fine but when restarting Origin, the toolbar is gone?

If so, I couldn't reproduce it here. But since it just started happening a few days ago, could it be because you changed User Files Folder, account settings/privileges on your PC, printer, etc. ?

Also after restarting Origin, could you check Tools: Uninstall OPK Files ... dialog to see if the installed OPK shows there?

Thanks, Snow Li
