Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 8.1
Operating System: Win 7

Hi, I'm processing a batch of data using the peak analysis tool to fit multiple peaks. I noticed the similar profiles usually would end up with different peak fit results simply because it was using different initial fitting parameters. Is there anyway I can set the same initial peak center and FWHM for the peak fitting with different workbook? I'm manually changing the parameters in the "fit control" part, but ideally, I was hoping to do this in batch processing. Thank you so much.

Hi,

You can save a theme with parameters you want to keep. and then use it in the Batch Peak Analysis Using Theme dialog.

Please look at this tutorial for more details
