Hello,

When did this start to happen?
Did you patch from Origin 9.0 sr1 to sr2 or you directly installed sr2?

Here are things you could try.
1. Close Origin and choose Origin 9.0 Add or Remove Files shortcut and choose Repair to repair your Origin.
Check if that can fix your problem.

2. Where is your User Files folder? In Origin, choose Window: Script Window menu.
Run
system.path.appdata$= //press Enter.
Go to this path in Windows Explorer.

Run the following command
del -path //press Enter
3. Close Origin.
4. Delete the path you got by system.path.appdata$=
5. Restart Origin and specify a user files folder on your local PC which you have write privilege. Don't use existing UFF you used before.
6. Check if the problem is solved.

Thanks, Snow Li
