Hi,

I'm using OriginPro 9, and keep getting the same problem when trying to parameterise the X and Y values in a matrix. I select my ranges as shown below for the matrix in the "select dimensions and labels" window, and while I end up with a 40x41 matrix as desired, the values remain as being 1->40 and 1->41 respectively, rather than 100->4000 and -180 ->180.

Is this a known bug with a workaround, or am i doing something wrong here?

Cheers for any assistance!

Thanks! It was just that I didn't have the view options set up correctly.

Hi,

Just to be clear, is the issue that when you make a graph of the matrix, the x and y axes are following a scale from 1-40 and 1-41, or are just the column and row headers in the matrix sheet showing these values?

The first issue would be a bug, the second issue is just that by default, Origin displays column and row index values in the header, to change this go to View > Show X/Y.
