I want to generate histograms with Y axis in a "fraction" or "%" instead of "counts". This is necessary to compare different experimental conditions in a histogram.

I tried to do statistics on columns before generating histogram, but could not find relative freq or fraction options etc.

Thanks for your help!

Hi,

You might need to first calculate relative frequency under "Statistics-Descriptive Statistics-Frequency Counts". And then plot histogram from there. If needed, display "%" in y axis by adding % to Tick Labels:Suffix.
