Origin Ver.and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 9.0.0
Operating System: win 7
A pie graph popped out during the peak fitting process, right at the step of finding peaks. The pie graph showing how much weight every peak is having and I can manually get rid of it in "plot detail" by unclick the "tempPeakCenter"(there are two "tempPeakCenter" in the plot, the other one is the actual red vertical short line at the center peak.). But I don't want to do this manually every time. How should I get rid of this pie graph? Please help. Thanks a lot.
PS. I have been using the peak fitting function of origin for a while, it has never been like this. It started to do this about two days ago and I don't think I changed any settings. |

Hello,
Don't delete the file in Origin exe folder.
Could you try to Repair and see if it will fix the problem.
Choost Start button of Windows and find Originlab: OriginPro 9.0 program.
Choose Add or Remove Files and choose Repair option.
If that still doesn't fix the problem, maybe we need to try to change User Files folder to a new location to see if that works.

I tried using the "system default" and the problem is still there. How should I fix it? Thank you for your help. |

There is no such file in the "User folder", but has one in the program folder with lots of other OTP file. Should I delete that one?

Could you check if you have saved the graph template of PA accidentally?
To check this. Open Window: Script window menu. Run
%Y=<ENTER>
to get User Files Folder information.
Go to the User Files Folder and check if there is a PeakAnalyzerPreview.otp. If so, delete it.
Also when you open Peak Analyzer. Click > next to Dialog theme and choose System Default to start from our shipped default setting and then start the process to see if it still happens.
