I am new with using Origin. I was graphing data in Excel and adding trend lines to data. Could someone help me with how to do this in Origin? Typically I have been fitting my data using log or power.

Are you going to fit your data? Origin offers built-in Logarithm and power function.
About how to do nonlinear curve fitting in Origin, please refer to this tutorial and this video.
