I have a NMR image that should represent homogeneous tissue. NMR response was measured in several points of the image. Indeed, it is not points but small areas called regions of interest (ROI). NMR device gives average value of ROI and its standard deviation (SD). This way I have set of data points and their SD. Data points have their x,y coordinates in the image. Is it posible in Origin to plot a function over (x,y) plane that would fit experimental data? I want to create fit function that would also consider SD of data points. Thanks.
