Hello,

I'm having problems with fitting in Origin and I'm unfamiliar with code etc.

I want to fit y = 9*E*u*A*x^2/8L^3 to my data,
E,u,A,L being the parameters.

I've tried but each time I get errors! Could someone show me how to do it with a screenshot maybe?

Many thanks,

AT.

Hi,

> I want to fit y = 9*E*u*A*x^2/8L^3 to my data,

"8L" should be, I suppose, "8*L" . If your function type is Origin C, the constants are better with a decimal point like 9.0 and 8.0 .

Hope this helps.
