Origin Ver. and Service Release: OriginPro 8G
Operating System: Windows 7

Hi.

I use Origin for a short while. I wanted to change the colour of the axes in a line chart. Because none of the predefined colours met my expectations, I defined a new colour. This colour I can only choose if I edit the title of the axes or the line, but not if I edit the axes (it shows me only the predefined colours). Is there an opportunity that I can use the same defined color for all editings?

Best regards
aerle

Hi aerle,

I also failed to use the below script to set the axis color:

range ll = [graph1]1!;
ll.y.color= color(224,143,194);

Anyway, this has been fixed since Origin 8.1.
