Posted - 05/24/2002 : 09:45:16 AM I usually work with 20-40 curves in one plot and would like to select several or all curves simultaneously to smooth or differentially them at once instead of select and recalculate them consecutively. Is this possible somehow? |

Posted - 05/30/2002 : 1:34:58 PM Here's a sample script application to import a file you select, plot the data and plot the smoothed data.
http://www.genevalake.ca/origin/luminometer.zip
Unzip the file, drag the *.opk onto the Origin workspace (or desktop icon) and it will install the files. To examen the script look at the file "...[Root Origin Directory]\Craig\Helpers\luminometer\luminometer.ogs".

A batch process requires a script; you use a loop to run through all the datasets.
