I'd like to plot a graph filled with different color, like red for the peak on the average value while blue for the valley. How should I do?
Thanks for your help.

Posted - 10/24/2013 : 01:37:55 AM Hi,
Origin 9.1 now supports filling area with different colors directly. All you need to do is that plot the two lines and go to the Line tab in the Plot Details dialog (double click the plot to open the dialog), enable the Fill Area Under Curve option and then select "Fill to next data plot - Above Below Colors" from the dropdown list below. Two new tabs (Pattern_Above and Pattern_Below) will appear to let you set the colors.
You can download the Origin 9.1 from the page below. http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?go=DOWNLOADS/OriginEvaluation
