Hello.
I am new user of Origin and though I searched forum and wiki for solution to my problem, I couldn't find any.
I am collecting absorption profiles from sucrose gradients and because some of the sample buffer compounds are also absorbing I have to use a blank sample (on the gradient) to be able to subtract the background absorption (see attached picture)
Since in the method I use there is always a time shift between the profiles, I would like to be able to align blank and sample profile, correct time (X) values for blank profile and then subtract blank profile from sample profile.
Could someone let me know if this is possible in OriginPro 9.1 and if yes, how to perform this?
Thanks in advance! |

Thanks for replying. I have checked "NMR tools for Origin" and indeed they have those functions, that I am looking for but here the problem is that in NMR tools I can import only NMR files and what I have, are ASCII files (time and signal intensity table), converted from TeledyneIsco .pks files |
