ORIGIN 6.0, windows 7: After importing two columns of data to complete a line graph, I use the plot button to navigate to a saved template. Although upon making the template I changed the default "numeric" selection to "time" in the X Axis-Layer 1 window, the graph appeared with the "numeric" feature. When, selecting properties to change the plotted graph the graph no longer appears on screen with the template.
1. What am I doing wrong?
2. How can I make the change from "numeric to "time" the default?
3, If #2 is not possible, how can I "re-combine" the template and the plotted graph since both appear in the lower window in text?
Thanks for your help
James

Please disregard my previous post regarding these issues. I reinstalled the program because I obviously had screwed things up trying to learn how to use the program. Works fine now.
