I'm trying to find a simple way (one click) way to refresh an existing histogram plot after I import a new column of data in the existing column in the corresponding worksheet.
Your team promised that this problem will be solved in the current version !!!

Posted - 01/22/2014 : 1:57:14 PM Hi Dr. Walid Tawfik,
That post was very old. I tried in 8.6. After I change data in worksheet. I can go back to Histogram and press Ctrl+R or click Rescale to show all button) to update the graph fine. Does it fail for you?
I did see some histogram update problems being fixed over time. Such as: ORG-9163 Auto update issues in histogram graph -- fixed in 9.1 ORG-3887 Bin Worksheet failed to update for histogram in group -- fixed in 8.6
If it still fails for you, could you send your opj to tech@originlab.com and steps to see the problem and also mention this post so we could see what may be causing it?
Thanks, Snow Li OriginLab Corp.

Posted - 01/21/2014 : 3:06:41 PM Hi Dr Walid Tawfik,
Have you tried in our latest Origin 9.1?
After importing new data, you can use Ctrl+R or Rescale to show all button to update the graph.
Or if you mean something else, let me know. Sorry that I couldn't find your record in our database so couldn't find what the original problem is.
