Hello,
I would like to do the following batch analysis of exeternal text files (consisting in two columns, A and B):
1)Normalize column B (I succeeded to make a batch processing only until this first step)
2)Plot column B versus column A using a graph template (I succeeded to run a batch plotting using a graph template but I failed to link it with the previous batch procedure)
3)Do a peak picking of one particular peak for every graph (I want to peak one particular peak, around, say, abscissa=1250)
4)Display the height of this particular peak
5)Run a statistic analysis on the height of this particular peak to have mean and standard deviation values
Is there a possibility to program such procedure, or is it necessary to do each step one by one ?
Thank you very much in advance !

First, there is no need to plot the graph and then do the peak analysis. You can analysis on the worksheet directly unless you do want the graph to be included in the result.
Second, is all peaks in your files at the same location (abscissa=1250 I assuming that is the X axis)? Are they the most highest peak on the curve?
