How do I add circle legend in double Y plots?

Origin doesn't support to draw these circles directly. There is a workaround:
Activate the first layer, select Circle tool in the Tools toolbar to draw an ellipse and then select Arrow tool in the Tools toolbar to draw an arrow. Move the arrow to the top of ellipse. After that, press Shift key to select these two objects and then group these two objects by clicking the Group button in the Object Edit toolbar.
