I find the error bar will become a transverse line rather than an "I" shape when the error is very small. Is there a way to keep an "I" shape for error bars even if errors are at extraordinarily low values?

The error length depends on the actual error value, I don't think there is a way to show error bar sas "I" shape when the error bars are extraordinarily low value. Anyway, you can create a fake large error bar to make the error bar show as "I" shape.
