is there any correlation between the parrameter "w" and the second moment of the distribution that i have fitted with Gaussfit?

I assume you mean the correlation between w and the second Central moment,
There are three equations for Gaussfit in Origin: the Gauss, the Gaussian, and the GaussAmp;
For the first one, ;
For the second one,
For the third one.
