Hello,

I am having a problem when converting my contour plots of optical intensity diagrams from the original Origin file to .jpg.

The 2D matrix values are initially inserted, and a countour plot is made. However, when the same plot is extracted to .jpg format (or any other) the colors are changing, and not anymore resembling the original origin file.

Attached is an illustration of what is precisely happening.

Your assistance is very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

MK

Hi,

Looks like Speed Mode has been turned on in the original Origin plot. In Speed Mode, some points will be skipped in screen display if there are more than certain number of points. But when exporting graph to .jpg, it exports the actual image without speed mode. And this should be the reason of the difference.

You may refer to this quick help for further information.
