Just thought you should know that the OriginLab logo in the top left corner links to the Forum and not the main webpage like it used to. I know the forum was updated yesterday and thought that I should point out that this got missed.

Also, when I started this topic there was a default Subject ("Surface Curvature") already there. Is this usual behaviour?

Hi Larry,

The Subject title default is strange but not a big deal. It surprised me because it was nearly a year ago I posted a something with that title and I'd forgotten about it.

The update with regards to code formatting should be a huge bonus!

Thanks for fixing the link.

Thanks for pointing that out, those links should be the same as before now.

This upgrade is mainly to address the code copy and paste issue. In this version, directly copy from the web page should preserve the text format, such as linebreaks. Plus, there are some fixes for problems such as contents within "<>" and the "+" symbol failed to be showed properly in the old version.

The problem you mentioned is not the way it should be. When I tested this version before making the upgrade, the post page works fine. The subject edit box should be empty when start a new topic.

In you case, the problem may go away after a while. I suspect that it picks up the contents from a cache.

Larry
