Hi there,
I am using the local maximum function of the peak analyzer to pick peaks in a cyclic curve. When I open the peakanalyzer dialog and find the peaks, the preview looks fine:

Next, I simply click 'finish'. But then origin creates the peak positions on the wrong side of the data trace. See here:

When I use a different peak finding method (such as the window function) the positioning works fine (actually it looks weird in the preview but correct in the output). However I cannot use this function in my datasets.
Any clues? Thank you very much!

How do you want to use window search function on your dataset? If you only need it to search for peaks, you can use x function pkfind and set method:=win to realize your goal.
