Hi

is there anyway to create a macro by recording an action ?
Namely : as implemanted in Excel for example, you start a record button, then anything you do will be saved in a macro (for example, you open a worksheet, and do a set column values), then you stop the record. A macro has been created saving all your actions and can then be used again or modified. It would be very ideal for those who don't want to program scripts, because most of the scripts we need are just reproducing a series of identical actions. And it would really help those who want to program as a guiding model.

Thanks in advance
Julien

Hi Julien,

This cannot be done in Origin. See this topic for a previous discussion about macro recording.
