Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:
Hello,

I have a problem with finding the exact values of hystersis width and the amount of the different between on /off ratio of my transistor. I did the IV curve for my transitor and by converting the transfer charactersistic values into origin I plot the hystesis curve of my transistor in 2 different processes , now I want to know that
1)how can I find the hystersis width exactly in different processes
2) how to find the exact value value of on/off ratio ?

thank you in advance

Origin is general purpose software, so we don't use industry-specific terminology.
Unless some user jumps in with the answer, you should define your terms and formulate your question in Origin/data terms.
