Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:

I need to do Kolmogorov smirnov test on binned and non binned data.on Origin. I don't know the method. I checked the manual. I found the option of, Frequency count.
I already performed KS on non binned data. But, I do not know for the binned form of my data. I have 7 different cases per group.and I have 2 groups to be compared.
thanks in advance for your help

Hi,

Origin doesn't support to perform KS test on binned data directly. We can only perform KS test on non binned data.

Thanks,
Shirley
