HELLO !

My main problem is how to differentiate an equation in ORIGIN 9.0 ??

The equation is too long it's an addition of a 3 exponential functions

f(X)=[a0*(1-exp(-2(x/W)^2 ))+a1*(1-exp(-2x^2 )(1+4(x/W)^4))+a2*(1-exp(-2(x/W)^2 )(1+8(x/W)^4-8(x/W)^6+4(x/W)^8))]

with just one variable x, w and the coefficients (a0,a1,a2) are unknown constants.

How Can I input all this parameters in ORIGIN 9.0 to get the derivate function ?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR RESPONDS !

Well, it might be a little complicated...
Please see the following tutorial about how to build fitting functions with differential equation:

Hi zheng

I want to make a fit builder to the seconde derivate function

If you can provide me the instructions and steps to make a fit builder from this seconde derivate function please tell me !
Thank you very much.

Hi, Ouss

You want just calculate the result of the function or building a fitting function?
