Dear sir

In one way repeated measure ANOVA which distribution will be compared, which tests will be used (e.g.,
check for normality, or symmetric distribution, and so on).

Thank you

Govind

Thank you

Govind

Hi, Govind

Could you let me know where did you see the word, adjusted repeated measure ANOVA, and in what situation it is used?

As far as I know, Tukey, Bonferroni and Fisher LSD are methods for mean comparison. Where did you see the statement?

Dear Mr Echo
I misunderstood.

what is adjusted repeated measure ANOVA? Is it different from one way repeated measure Anova?
how to interpret the result?

Thank you

Govind

T-test usually is used for two means comparison. ANOVA is used for multiple means comparison. They are actually two different models. If you see the algorithms for ANOVA below, it's different to calculate variance than t-test. Since there are more than two means so it needs to cross compare, and ANOVA needs to considerate two variances, variance both between and within groups.

And it's a different formula to calculate F value.

Hope this is helpful.

Thanks,

Dear Meili
"one way repeated measure ANOVA with Tukey or Bonferroni or Fisher LSD are the tests to check the homogeneity of Variance within and between the subjects".

Is my statement correct?

Thank you

Govind

ANOVA usually is to compare means using F distribution, so it's actually F-test.

In the result sheet, we report F value and P value where you can interpret the significance. Please check following link to see detailed instruction to interpret result.
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/1WayRepeatedMeasuresANOVA#Results_Interpretation

For multiple comparisons, Origin has quite a few methods of calculation as Tukey, Bonferroni, Fisher LSD...We have a detailed explanation on what method to use at circumstances.

Dear Mr Meili
Thank you very much for the information.
One more question. Post hoc pairwise mean comparison using Tukey test, is it same like student t-test?

Thank you for your kind information

Thank you
