Hey,
I'm sorry for this probably quite basic question. I want to create a 3D dot plot with (2D)error bars. I have four similar experimental datasets (F30, R30, FRT, RRT). For each I have four columns (1-4 with calculated means and SD, y-values) displaying concentrations of elements (calcium and copper, x-"values"). Is there a possibility to combine these data with a third axis plotting the "values" F30, R30, FRT, RRT?

Lots of thanks and best regards !

Hi pommknuh,

I think you are talking about 3D Scatter plot in Origin's term. If so, you can add error bars in X/Y/Z directions.
You can first make a 3D Scatter plot(s), then you can assign the dataset for X, Y, or Z errors from the "Error Bar" tab in the Plot Details dialog.
Please see the screenshot below.

Hope this is what you have been looking for.
