Hi, does anybody know how to overcome these problems with waterfall plots:
1) Waterfall: after adding a break to x-axis, the plot is screwed completely.
Example:
2) Waterfall 3D: does not seem to be any option of adding another layer (I need to show theory curves on top of experimental ones).

Thanks for any opinion.

Hello,

In fact, you may not need to add multiple layer for 3D waterfall.
you can use Plot:3D surface:3D Frame to create graph like this:

Before the plot, please set up your worksheet in this way:notice that first row is defined as Y value for XYZ 3D graph.

then select all columns, click Plot:3D surface:3D Frame to open the dialog
set the dialog as graph below, click OK to apply:

then,Select Format: Plot Properties in menu, goto Mesh tab
set the dialog as graph below, click OK.

finally, you can set the X break and add labels freely.

Best regards
Jason
