Hi,
I want to added the error bars for the data points in the box figure (box+data overlap figure). How can I do that?
Another question is, When I want to calculate p-value for two groups of data and each data has standard deviation, What test should I use? Usually we use student t-test to compare two groups of data, but it seems that I cannot incorporate the standard deviation of each datapoint into this test.... Any help?

I have never seen data points in the bins with error bars in the box chart. Origin has also no such option currently. Essentially your data is 1-D distributed on a single axis, and if your data points on the axis have error bars, they are aligned to the axis - visually not well presentable. So, one possible way may be to show the error bars in the right angle direction to the axis as in the next samples:

1) Can we add error bars for each data points in the box figure as shown in figure 1?
2) If not (probably box figure doesn't allow SD for each data point), is there any better way to present the data in Fig.2?
3) how to calculate the p value for A and B? Two way ANOVA? If I only know mean and SD, is it possible for the p value?
