Thanks a lot! |

Posted - 04/30/2015 : 11:07:51 AM Hello,
When you are following the steps in Tutorial http://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/PeakFitting-Baseline
In step 7 "Baseline Treatment" page, besides checking "Fit Baseline with Peaks" checkbox, please also check the following two checkboxes. "Auto Subtract Baseline" "Auto Rescale button"
Continue the steps to finish the fitting. The result graph you get will have baseline subtracted.
Thanks, Snow OriginLab Corp.

Posted - 04/30/2015 : 05:20:59 AM Hi,
In our webpage: http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?go=Products/Origin/DataAnalysis/PeakAnalysis/BaselineDetection
The sample shows you how to substrate the baseline in Show me button (Baseline Subtraction).
You can do the Baseline Subtraction steps when you use Peak Analyzer to fit peaks. And in Create Baseline Page, you can choose Exponential as the baseline function when Connect by: Fitting (Pro).
Thanks Jacqueline Originlab
