Hi all, I'm trying to differentiate some data in a spreadsheet of mine. I specify the column but the output data is always a column full of dashes instead of numbers. What am I doing wrong?

Differentiation is the change in Y vs the change in X.
Looking at the Input branch in the dialog, I see Origin is using Column A for your X (Long Name of "EC-Lab ASCII FILE").
If you look in that column, you'll probably find a lot of values that are the same, thus having a delta X of zero, which results in a differentiation of unknown or missing value indicated by "--".
