Posted - 06/02/2015 : 4:58:37 PM I have a problem: when I reverse the x-axis and then y-axis move from the right to the left, the title of this axis remains in the right place. How do I move the title without drag it with the mouse? Thank |

Posted - 06/05/2015 : 2:36:01 PM Hi Amanda,
I reverse X axis with layer.x.reverse=1 and select YR in Object Name, the axis title moved along with the axis, but the numbers axis remains in the right side: there are numbers in the right and the left. One question, are there any way to do it more easely? Thanks.

I tried layer.x.reverse=1 in my Origin 8.0 and the axis title moved along with axis. Please right click on the Y axis title and select "Programming Control...". What's the Object Name? Is it YR? I supposed if you use a text object as title. |

Thanks for your prompt response. I reverse X axis writing 'layer.x.reverse=1' in the LabTalk script. I do not any other way more easy. I have origin 8.0.
Thanks, Alirio |

How do you reverse the X axis? If you use the Reverse checkbox in the X Axis dialog, the Y axis and title will move to the opposite position automatically. If you reverse From and To values of X axis, show left Y axis and hide right Y, you will need to show title, tick labels of left Y in the Axis dialog.
