Is there any way to actually plot this?

If the j is a continuous data (not discrete data), we suggest you use the integral function for it. For example in this tutorial: http://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Fitting-Integral-LabTalk
But if the j is discrete data, it need a limitation value for the function.
