Hi. I have recently started using Origin for the first time. I have been using an old version (7 or 7.5 I think) to plot line graphs. To pick peak in the older version after you have created your plot, you go to the tool option and use Peak pick.

I am also using Origin 2015. However, there is not a peak pick function in the tool option in Origin 2015. How do peak pick in Origin 2015, please?

Hi,

If you are using the Quick Peaks Gadget as per Snows suggestion, in the yellow ROI box you can right-click on the arrow button and open the Preferences dialog. Go to the Find Peak tab and adjust the Peak Filtering Threshold Height value.

Does that help?

Hi. Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, origin is peak picking a lot of the baseline. Can I somehow set a minimum valve or an arbitrary value to avoid baseline peaks, please?

Or can I select a function to avoid baseline peaks?

Thanks

Hi,

So sounds like you just want to find the peaks on your spectrum?
