Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:
I working with origin 8.5 and trying to change the graphics default. I mean: everytime i creat a new graph i have to format it again. Properties like: Font, size, color.... there is any way to change the default to all the graphics come as i want ?

Two steps.

Step #1 Create a template from your graph:



Step #2 Plot your data with your template:

Sorry mate, but i didn't undestand. How can i do to save the tamplate of the graph that i have already custumized ?

Once you have your graph the way you want it, you can easily make it into a graph template. More information about templates is here:
