Hi Origin-users,

I defined a simple linear combination as fitting function in NLSF ('compile before use ' checked):

No. of parameters: 34
Par. names: P1, P2, ..., P34
Indep. Var.: C1, C2, ..., C34
Dep.Var.: y

y=P1*C1+P2*C2+ ... +P34*C34

The function does not compile, and pushing the 'Check' button returns the double error message:

Error, duplicate variable names in declaration: C1
Error, duplicate variable names in declaration: C1

If I remove C1 and P1 from the parameter/variable declarations and the function definition, the same error messages appears with C2, etc.

The whole thing works well for up to 32 variables, though.
