Hi,

I have to fit data with a quite complex model, where the fit value is a quotient of two two-dimensional integrals. Is it possible to define such fitting procedure in origin?

I tried the following:

http://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Fitting-Integral-NAG
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Fitting-Integral-LabTalk

but they seem to be limited to one one-dimensional integral.

I would be very grateful for any help.

I am using Origin 2015.

Hi,

For two-dimensional integrals, I would suggest you use the nag function, d01fcc or d01gbc. You can look at their document as below

http://www.originlab.com/pdfs/nagcl09/manual/pdf/d01/d01fcc.pdf
http://www.originlab.com/pdfs/nagcl09/manual/pdf/d01/d01gbc.pdf

Then you can define your fitting function with the nag functions above accordingly to tutorial below
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Fitting-Integral-NAG
