Operating System:Windows 7

Hi,
I am trying to plot an XYY column plot like below:



But I want the axis labelled Qv to start at 1. Every time I try this, it just moves the columns down to below the other axis, rather than shortening the columns to just start at 1 not zero, like this:



Can anyone help please?

In Plot Details dialog, Outline tab, set Base Plane at to be Minimum.
