Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: I have the current pro student version

I started to use the digitizer and then saw a post for an enhanced version. I followed instructions, downloaded and did the drag and drop into the workspace for the new digitizer file. It installed but then when I now enter into the digitizer and bring in an image file (a number of different formats png, jpg, tiff) it bombs and first flashes a message.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this ... or to undo the new installation and go back to the standard version if the new one is bad for the latest release of OriginPro?? It is completely disfunctional now.

Thank you very much. That worked and the digitizer works well.

Hello,

Since Origin 2015, you don't need to install it from File Exchange. It's built into product.

If you accidently installed it, you can uninstall it by choosing Tools: Package Manager.
In the dialog, there is Tools: menu. Choose Uninstall a Package... submenu.

Restart origin.

Then click the Digitizer button on standard toolbar or choose Tools: Digitizer to start using it.

Thanks, Snow
