Posted - 11/06/2015 : 04:34:52 AM Dear All,
I have OriginPro v. 9.20 and am trying to fit peaks in it with Peak Analyzer tool. I am able to go through all steps in it and run the Fit successfully with functions as I desire. However, if I try to generate a report from the results and finis the dialogue box, then I get the following error message:
"pa_fit:X-Function failed to execute! Fail to create Operaiton object, maybe ClassName is wrong."
I have been trying to find a solution from the forum but with no success so far. Also tried reinstalling and reparing the programm, tryed other files but still not working.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions. H. |

Posted - 01/22/2020 : 1:10:31 PM If you are looking for help for Origin 8, we no longer provide support for that version because it is well over 10 years old.
You may download the trial version of our latest release- Origin 2020. There have been many, many improvements over the years and I believe you will find Origin 2020 to be a vastly superior experience over Origin8.

Posted - 11/06/2015 : 5:08:21 PM Hi H.
This appears to be a fairly common problem. For this reason I'd recommend trying this FAQ entry first-
I can't link you directly to the page in question because of an issue we're having with our spam filter but if you go to the Origin website and add this after the address "/doc/Quick-Help/System-Folder-Build-Failed", the instructions on that page should take care of it.
If that doesn't work for you, don't hesitate to write us back!
